Arts and Cultural events in the Mahoning Valley are a source of enjoyment for our residents and also and engine for economic development.
The Mahoning County Convention and Visitors Bureau / Youngstown Live and the Trumbull County Tourism Bureau maintain robust calendars of events. Additionally extensive visitor guides and links to the region's museums, arts organizations, and recreational facilities are found at their websites.

LOOP Youngstown seeks to purchase a building to create an arts and culture center.
At the LOOP they envision a vibrant scene of artist studios, classes, rehearsals, performances, offices, galleries, artist mentoring and residencies. This is consistent with POA's goals and we are happy to serve as their fiscal agent as they organize.
Loop's Advisory Board is looking for input from our community. You may know a hub like this in another community, and they want to create one in the heart of Youngstown.
